Eram Talkend is a nobleman from [[Andor]]. His sign is a golden, winged hand ({{prol10}}).

Eram supports [[Elenia Sarand]] for the throne of Andor. [[Bashere]] spots his banner and many others about a league from [[Caemlyn]], where [[Arymilla]], Elenia, [[Naean]], and [[Nasin]] are laying siege to the city ({{prol10}}).

Eram is not mentioned in "Knife of Dreams", but because of Arymilla's loss to [[Elayne]], it can be assumed, if he is not dead, that he is either one of Elayne's prisoners, or with [[Jarid Sarand]], who was not captured, and whom Elayne thinks will cause trouble for her ({{kod|33}}; {{ch11|35}}).
