Do we want to keep this as just for people who held the role for 24 months or longer, or to bring in everyone who ever held an admin position? That would make it a pretty long page

24 months or longer, imo, since that's what we have for the other?

I said that we are using 24 as that is a silver merit badge. That seems fair for the moment
