View source for Third War of Garen's Wall

The Third War of Garen's Wall was a war that occurred sometime during the reign of [[Shein Chunla]] as [[Amyrlin]], which would place it between 578NE and 601NE.  It happened during the time that Shein was controlled by the [[Hall]], but we do not know how long. During the time of the books, [[Garen's Wall]] largely forms part of the northern border of [[Ghealdan]], though the area to the north is unclaimed. Wether it was formerly part of Andor, Altara or some other nation is unknown.
