General
Basharande was one of the nations of the Free Era. It was located in the northern part of the Westlands. As one of the then Borderlands, its northern border in many places stretched all the way to the mountains along the Blight; where it did not, the mountains were still visible. To the east was Elsalam, with Abayan to the southwest and Indrahar and Oburun to the south. Eventually, this area of land became what is now Saldaea.
Basharande was one of the most powerful nations of the Free Era.
By FY 963, Hawkwing had conquered Basharande.
