Jurad Accan is an armsman of some kind in service of Lord Luan Norwelyn.
He and eighty of his armsmen are saved and brought to Caemlyn by Doilin Mellar when being attacked by Lord Nasin's troops. Elayne is angered, since Lord Luan is not yet on her side, and she sets Mellar to watch Accan and his men.
