Stepin is a Warder to Kerene Nagashi, an Aes Sedai of the Green Ajah. He has narrow shoulders and sad brown eyes.
When Moiraine enters Kerene's room to hand her a letter from Tamra Ospenya, he is playing a lively jig on a twelvestring bittern.
