The Samma N'Sei, in the Old Tongue the Eyeblinders are one of the inhabitants of The Town near Shayol Ghul. They wear clothing that looks like the aiel, but with red veils, which in a perversion of Aiel ways, they only remove to kill. Some, but not all have been turned, and have had their teeth filed to mark this. Others are not recruited in this way, and undergo some sort of training. It is said that those that do not breed true will often wash out of their training. Isam considers them very temperamental and ready to kill on a whim.
