Macharan is a minor Andoran nobleman. He is one of the nobles who opposed Gaebril (LoC, Ch. 28).
Egwene describes him as "a bear of an Andoran" (TPoD, Ch. 18).
Timeline
- Reene Harfor tells Rand that several nobles who had opposed Gaebril, Macharan among them, have arrived in Caemlyn. He has not presented her respects at the Palace (LoC, Ch. 28).
- Macharan is one of the Andoran nobles present at the meeting between the Andorans/Murandians and the rebel Aes Sedai. After the Aes Sedai have announced their plans, Macharan trips over his own boots in an attempt to avoid Egwene (TPoD, Ch. 18).
