Hello and welcome to another installment of the Merchant’s review, Tar Valon shoppers! Lusa Chadmir here to talk to you about yet another fascinating “on-line” shop.

Are you worried about day of the Dragon’s returning? Do you fear a new breaking is coming in the near future? Have you heard rumor of a man who can channel in your neck of the woods? Well FEAR NOT!!!! I have the perfect place for you to find all the supplies you’ll ever need to survive the rebirth of the Dragon!

Mayday Industries sells survival products for disasters out of Westminster, California. I believe that’s somewhere around Tanchico. I’d have to look into that. However, in case you don’t plan to be in Tarabon anytime soon, their products are also sold online on their website at www.mayday.com. Quite convienient for you if you can find access to the internet.

Mayday products sell communications items, such as signaling mirrors

and bullhorns

(who needs to be able to weave to have voice magnifying?), survival products like first aid kits and long shelf-life foods, all the way up to shelters and sleeping necessities like instafire

No more worrying about finding dry tinder, this stuff will light underwater! Well, almost anyway. Personal safety items, such as a pepper spray and a new item called a “taser” are available on the site as well. These are for use against cutpurses and thieves when no one comes to your rescue when you yell for help.

Mayday does require registration prior to being able to purchase from their site, and the prices aren’t displayed until you do register, though. Which makes it hard to shop randomly on there. Most items are designed to be purchased in bulk, as well. Which is just fine if you’re that far-seeing farmer who knows it’s going to be a long time before the land is back to farmable and stable after the second breaking happens!

All in all, it’s a cute site to browse around. And who knows, maybe you’re in the market for a 7-in-1 hiking flashlight/mirror/whistle/compass/magnifier/thermometer/storage thingy. You’ll never know until you try!

Lusara Chadmir signing out! Happy shopping!
