Davian was among the most powerful false Dragons. He proclaimed himself the Dragon Reborn in FY 351 (Glossary; Robert Jordan's World of "The Wheel of Time").
Ishamael tells Rand, Mat and Perrin in their dreams they are going to be used by the Amyrlin Seat just like the false Dragons of history, including Davian, were used. (The Eye of the World, Chapter 14).
Rand, Mat and Perrin tell others of their dreams and mention Davian (The Eye of the World, Chapter 15; The Eye of the World, Chapter 42; The Eye of the World, Chapter 52).
Loial tells Perrin what he knows about the best-known false Dragons, mentioning Davian. (Lord of Chaos, Chapter 54).
