Where did you see this one?

I'm doing a quick re-read for characters in each chapter, and so I can do the book summary, and got to about chapter 32, so I think it would be in somewhere between 28 and 32, but my notes are at home, so I can't be sure. I think it was a Lan Pov, but again, I'm not sure
