No annual report was prepared for the year 2006, though the previous annual report covered the months up to April. Elyna al'Tzoran retired as Keeper. Dralyn Montsier was chosen as her successor. The Amyrlin Seat's duties shifted so that she could focus on involvement in the community, the most pressing of membership and business matters, and strategic planning. The Keeper of the Chronicles began to focus on making the administrative side of our community function smoothly and efficiently. She also began to oversee the Department Directors and have board administrator access so that she can interact with all members in all forums. In August, the Department of Research and Communications is split into two departments, the Department of Communications and the Department of Research.
Administration
Admin Meeting

The major change announced at the 2006 meeting was the introduction of the guesting and aspiring system. It was also decided to add an annual scholarship and to create a position of European Mistress of Revels to split the burden on the North American Mistress of Revels.
Membership
General
One major change during this year was the implementation of the Guesting system for Junior Members visiting Ajahs and Companies. This new system allowed Accepted and Soldiers to visit two different community groups at a time as a "guest," alternating these two groups as they wish. As a result, the forum structure also changed to create two forums per Ajah and Company - a private forum called Chambers for full members of the group, and then the Sitting Room where Aes Sedai and Gaidin can mingle with their visiting guests.
Raisings

Fifty-three people were raised to Aes Sedai and twenty-four people were raised to Gaidin.
Bondings

Twenty-three couples were bonded during this year.

Events

March 17-20, held in Corpus Christi, Texas. It was one of our larger parties, with 81 people in attendance.

November 10-12, held in Toronto, Canada. 35 people attended.
- Main article: Summer Euro Party 2006
July 28-30, held in Skipton, Yorkshire, England. A wedding ceremony was held during this event. 33 people attended.

February 24-26, held in Bratislava, Slovakia. This was the first official Winter Euro party. 4 members attended, with a total of 5 people.

Staff

Dralyn Montsier became Keeper of the Chronicles on March 1. Arisaema Draconis became the Director of the Department of Administration on June 29. Vivianna L'antreau became the Director of the Department of Membership on June 29. Alena Mysana took over as Mistress of Novices on May 9. The Department of Research and Communications was split into two separate departments in 2006 - with Adriana al'Tere heading the new Department of Communications and Atarah al'Norahn heading the new Department of Research.
