General
Aeldene Stonebridge is an Aes Sedai of the Blue Ajah. She sides with the rebel Aes Sedai, where she runs her Ajah's network of eyes-and-ears as before in the Tower (TFoH, Ch. 27).
She is from an Andoran mining village in the Mountains of Mist. Her crooked nose is said to come from fist-fighting when she was a girl. She is of middling strength in the One Power (ACoS, Ch. 11).
Timeline
- After Siuan Sanche is raised Amyrlin Seat, Aeldene takes over her place as head of the Blue's network of eyes-and-ears (TFoH, Ch. 27).
- After the Tower split, she was believed to stay with the White Tower, before it is known that Elaida abolished the Blue Ajah. She later arrives at Salidar and is outraged to hear that Siuan has revealed her secret office and taken it over. She reclaims the eyes-and-ears from Siuan and additionally wants to pry out the Amyrlin's network, but Egwene supports Siuan (TFoH, Ch. 27; ACoS, Ch. 11).
