General
Briain is a young Maiden of the Spear with a round face (WH: 6).
Timeline
- Briain is one of the Maidens who accompany Perrin and Faile when they leave for Ghealdan (ACOS: 27).
- Gaul leads Briain and the other Maidens to search for the Shaido who captured Faile (WH: 2).
- Briain and the other Maidens return from scouting to tell Perrin that Faile is alive; Briain tells Perrin that the three men who were with Faile died fighting off the Shaido (WH: 6).
- Briain dies when Perrin launches his assault on the Shaido to free Faile (KOD: 29).
