General
Cara is a girl from Caemlyn whom Lady Alteima hires as her maid.
She accompanies Alteima when she visits the Royal Palace and fusses over Alteima's dress after they get out of the carriage; irritated at her lack of experience, Alteima slaps the girl with her fan. Alteima tells Cara to wait in the carriage for her.
