Gorin Rogad was a false Dragon from Illian around 995 NE (LoC, Ch. 2).

He besieged Illian (TEotW, Ch. 3). After he was captured, he was burned alive (LoC, Ch. 2).

After hearing Logain's story about the Red Ajah, Nynaeve wonders if they had pushed Gorin Rogad and Mazrim Taim to proclaim themselves as well (LoC, Ch. 8).
