Gorin Rogad was a false Dragon from Illian around 995 NE (LoC, Ch. 2).
He besieged Illian (TEotW, Ch. 3). After he was captured, he was burned alive ([[Lord of Chaos: Chapter 2|LoC, Ch. 2]).
After hearing Logain's story about the Red Ajah, Nynaeve wonders if they had pushed Gorin Rogad and Mazrim Taim to proclaim themselves as well ([[Lord of Chaos: Chapter 8|LoC, Ch. 8]).
