Jaalam Nishur is a soldier from Arad Doman sworn to Rodel Ituralde. He is tall and young (CoT, Prologue).

Timeline
He accompanies Ituralde to the meeting with the Domani nobles in Lady Osana's hunting lodge. Once there, he orders the other soldiers to find shelter for themselves and their animals where they can. Jaalam is the only one to join Ituralde insde (CoT, Prologue).
Along with the other men in Ituralde's company, Jaalam is outside Serana in Tarabon, where the Seanchan have built a camp. Ituralde has him order a few men to warn the villagers to pack everything they do not want to lose before he burns the storehouses of the Seanchan (KoD, Prologue).
