Sulmara was a renegade Aes Sedai and the Queen of Masenashar around 450 AB. Sulmara spent her life working in the White Tower stables once she had been captured by the Tower. This date must be wrong however, as Maseneshar one of the nations of the free era and did not exist 450AB.
