Teadra was a name that Birgitte Silverbow was known by in one of her past lives (TFoH, Ch. 25).
During the War of Power, Moghedien remembers Teadra foiling a plan of hers to "lay Lews Therin by his heels". Teadra did not know who Moghedien was, but Moghedien recognized her. Teadra died before Moghedien could deal with her (TFoH, Ch. 25).
