General
Venr Kosaan is one of Careane Fransi's Warders. He is blade-thin, dark and has touches of gray in his tight-curled hair and beard (WH, Ch. 7).
Timeline
- He accompanies Careane when she, Elayne, Merilille, Vandene, Adeleas and Sareitha visit the Kin (ACoS, Ch. 31).
- He accompanies Careane as she leaves the Tarasin Palace after the Bowl of the Winds has been recovered (TPoD, Ch. 1).
- He and the other Warders are sent to recover and calm down the Kin who run away when Careane, Elayne and the others approach the Farm (TPoD, Ch. 4).
- He travels with Careane, Elayne and the others across Andor towards Caemlyn (TPoD, Ch. 6; Ch. 20; Ch. 28)
- He accompanies Careane as she leaves the Royal Palace; he is not wearing his Warder's cloak (WH, Ch. 7).
- He accompanies, Careane, Elayne and the others when they go to Lady Shiaine's to capture members of the Black Ajah; he waits outside the house with Birgitte and the other Warders (KoD, Ch. 31).
- He rushes into the house when he feels Careane dying, only to die himself (KoD, Ch. 32).
