Willa Mandair is a woman in Lord Ellisar's encampment outside of Tar Valon at the end of the Aiel War. On the day of Gitara Moroso's Foretelling, she gave birth to a son. Ellid wrote down their names, but not how far or how close to Dragonmount Bili was born.
