—————— SCHEDULE OF EVENTS ——————

FRIDAY

4PM – 6PM: Event Check in : Sign in to the event, sign up for competitions, and sign waivers that will let you play! Hang around the site, get your things settled in your bunkhouse and start meeting everyone. 5:30PM – 6PM: Committee Meetings : (if needed) Meet up with your committee leaders and solidify your plans and duties for the weekend. 6:00PM – 7:30PM: The Olde Warder and Hen - Dinner Enjoy a meal with your fellow attendees and get to know some new friends over pizza! 8:00PM – 9:30PM: Opening Ceremonies Our official “Welcome to the Weekend” led by the Amyrlin Seat. Take part in our traditional toast and ceremonies. 9:30PM – 11PM: Free time Use this time to mingle with other members in the Group space, or maybe schedule your Ajah or Company toasts during this period. Quiet time begins at 11pm, please be respectful!

SATURDAY

9:00AM – 11:30AM: Continental brunch at the group space. 9AM – 10:30AM: Ealandrelle Melyma Memorial 5K Walk/Run Come walk or run a 5K to help raise money for Margaret’s Village! This is a great cause that serves displaced women and children in the South side of Chicago. 11AM- 12PM : Part One of the Amyrlin’s Tournament - MDD Yeet Score points for distance and accuracy of a thrown shoe. 12PM – 1:45PM: Break Time! 2PM – 3PM: Part Two of the Amyrlin’s Tournament - DM Speed Puzzles How fast can you assemble a 48 piece puzzle? 3PM - 4PM: Amyrlin’s Office Hour Come talk about an idea you have for the Tower, or share a concern, or just say hi to Cassie! 5PM – 6:30PM: Amyrlin's Feast Dress up and dine with us as we celebrate our 23rd Anniversary! 7PM – 9PM: Evening Program Find out this year’s recipients of the Amyrlin’s Awards. Part 1 of the Member’s Choice Awards 9PM - 11PM: After Hours gaming with Xander Gaming may last until players are tired, but quiet time is enforced after 11PM. Use this time to mingle with other members in the Group Space, or maybe schedule your Ajah or Company toasts during this period. Quiet time starts at 11:00PM, feel free to remain in the Group Space but be respectful. SUNDAY

9:00AM – 11:30AM: Continental brunch at the group space. 11AM – 12:30PM: Part Three of the Amyrlin’s Tournament - SDS Swords The Shenai are back! Fencing helmets will be provided and required to participate. 12PM – 1:45PM: Break Time! 2PM – 3PM: Part Four of the Amyrlin’s Tournament - VC Fish Fight May I slap you with my trout? 3PM - 5PM: Win-Lose-or-Draw with Tree! Bring your friends and your very "best" stick figures to see if you can help your team figure out what is in Tree's most random brain. Probably just M*A*S*H and a few crowns, but be ready... right? 5PM – 6:30PM: Gaidin’s Gala Join us in celebrating our Gaidin with this wonderful Gala evening! 7PM – 9PM: Weekend Awards All Weekend event winners announced, Member’s Choice Awards Part Two ~10:00PM: Clean Up We have to be out early in the morning, so let's chip in together to take down decorations and get our collective spaces in order. We have to be out of the Group Space by 11pm on Sunday night!

MONDAY

8AM - 9:00AM: Breakfast Eat all the leftovers in your fridge and get your gear packed & ready. 9:00AM – 9:30AM: Checkout Before you are authorized to leave the site, you MUST check out with the Amrylin or the Director of Events and Conferences (Ahmyra) and have one of them sign off on your cabin. 10AM: You don’t have to leave, but you can’t stay here! Final check-out with the site. Adult-nap a friend or two and go for brunch!
