Chaena is a Shienaran soldier.

He was one of the men who were sent forth to bring back the Horn of Valere (TGH, Ch. 9), even though he was not directly mentioned by name.

He went to Ghealdan with the other Shienarans, and it can be assumed that he traveled to Salidar with Nynaeve and Elayne as well.

He got to know Nynaeve during her time in Fal Dara and thinks that her tongue could skin and butcher a bull at fifty paces (The Fires of Heaven, Chapter 38).
