Kamile Noallin is a reputable banker in Chachin, Kandor. She is a slim and lovely woman in her middle years, with stern, questioning eyes and her graying hair worn in the Kandori fashion of four long braids.
Moiraine pays her a visit to cash one of the letters-of-rights that she carries. Moiraine is silently scandalized that Mistress Noallin uses an enlarging glass to study Ilain Dormaile's seal.
