Master Dormaile is a banker in Cairhien and Ilain Dormaile's elder brother.
Moiraine's father banked with him when he was still alive and Master Dormaile still handles Moiraine's accounts in Cairhien. This helped her to decide on a good banker in Tar Valon, where his sister Ilain handles bank accounts.
