Pavil Geraneos is a trader from Illian. He is young, dark-eyed and clean-shaven.
He and his companion Jeorg Damentanis bargain with Weilin Aldragoran, but once he lets his anger show, Damentanis gives in to the price Aldragoran demands for the stones.
