Spiced Wine

- 1 large jug of red wine
- 2 oranges
- 2 sticks of cinnamon
- 3 cups sugar (or to taste)
- the following to taste (several generous pinches!)
- cinnimon, nutmeg, cloves
Pour wine into a large pot with lid. Add seasonings and sugar. Cut up oranges into sound slices and add to mixture. Heat over medium-high heat with lid on. Take care not to let mixture boil!! After about 15 minutes of low simmering, remove from heat, strain mixture and serve hot.
