- Why did you choose Brown?
Because I thought that the Browns were a group of nice, entertaining and also serious people that I felt very comfortable around and at home with.
- Are you like the Browns in the books? Do you love books and have a tendency to daydream?
Yes, I identify with the book Browns in many ways. I totally love books (though right now I find it funnier to buy them than to read them...), and I can also be kind of "gone" when I start thinking about something. I'm also very good at trying to teach people around me about what I'm learning myself at the moment, be they interested or not.
- Do you have a favorite Brown Ajah character from the novels?
Hm, well. The only Brown I can recall is Verin, and the only thing I remember is that I wasn't very fond of her.
- How long have you been a fan of the Wheel of Time series?
I was a fan when I started reading them. I'm not so fond of them anymore, though. But, well. I guess I came across them somewhere back in 2005 or something, so that is probably when I first became a fan.
- How did you first get into the series?
I got the first book from a friend for my birthday, and then I was hooked.
- Who is your favorite "hero"?
Probably Nynaeve.
- Favorite bad guy/gal?
Lanfear or Moghedien I think.
- Favorite book and scene?
Absolutely no idea, my memories of the series are very weak.
- If you were set down in Randland, who/what would you see yourself as? An Aes Sedai? Innkeeper? Seanchan Captain?
I'd be a Brown Sedai!
- How did you find TarValon.Net and what convinced you to stay and become Tower Sworn?
I found tv.net through a Swedish WoT role-playing site.
- What do you do in "real life"?
I study Japanese.
- Do you have any hobbies?
Reading, watching strange asian dramas, reading manga, karate, swimming, video games (Assassin's Creed!)
- What kind of music do you enjoy listening to?
I like a lot of stuff. Favourite at the moment? The Japanese singer/songwriter Shugo Tokumaru. I enjoy soul, pop, rock, folk. Simon and Garfunkel is one of my favourite groups.
- What are some of your favorite movies / television shows?
Star Wars and the Japanese Studio Ghibli-movies. I don't watch TV, though.
- Aside from The Wheel of Time, what are a few of your favorite books/series?
The name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss is a good one. I also enjoy Terry Pratchett. I love the book JPod by Douglas Coupland.
- What profession did you want to have when you were a kid?
I probably wanted to become a veterinary, but I can't really remember.
