The Long Man

General
The Long Man is an inn in Cairhien not far from the Dragonwall Gate. It has a small private dark-paneled dining room with a heavily polished table and hearth. The innkeeper is a round woman (LoC, Ch. 25).
When Gawyn sees Egwene in Cairhien he brings her there and they hire the private dining room for a golden crown and talk away from the scrutiny of the crowd in the city. They exchange vows of love and Gawyn promises not to betray her to the White Tower Aes Sedai he is with and to not raise a hand against Rand until Egwene can prove he did not kill Morgase. They arrange to meet in the mornings, shortly after Egwene enters the city, whenever he can get away (LoC, Ch. 25).
The next morning Gawyn brings her there again to tell her the Aes Sedai with him are looking for the person that channelled at them the day before (LoC, Ch. 27). They meet there every morning after despite the fat innkeeper's suggestive smirks (LoC, Ch. 32).
When Egwene is summoned to Salidar she sends Cowinde to the inn with a note for Gawyn (LoC, Ch. 33).
