General

TarValon.Net no longer hosts avatars for the Who's Who. Instead, it will allow links to avatars hosted on other sites. The policy on sending baby gifts to members changed so that baby gifts will be sent to Senior Members (mothers or fathers). Others on a case by case basis, to be considered based on time and activity within the community. The Servant of All Competition has changed to two 2-month events, to correspond with the holiday season in December and the American summer. Creative Endeavors was dissolved and merged with the appropriate Guild Forums. Ask the Aes Sedai changed to Ask the White Tower. A list of infractions and clear consequences was created for the Current Events Forum. All websites connected to the community converted to _____.tarvalon.net (excample: forums.tarvalon.net). The Tar Valon Times switched to a bi-monthly schedule while the Library Wiki opened up to all Senior Members. The Art Museum changed from hosting member art to curating great Wheel of Time art.
Administration

Major changes included changing Membership Admins to rotating position. Some of the administration housed within the Department of Real Life Services transferred to the Department of Administration when it was disbanded. Administrators in the Department of Membership became positions that rotate. Membership admins cannot serve consecutive terms in the same position, though they can serve consecutive terms in different positions, and can serve even in the same position more than once.
Membership
General
Administrators and Executives will be restricted to one active mentee. The ban on interaction between Novices and Recruits was lifted. Regarding demotions, Senior Members may petition for demotion after they have been an SM for at least one year. This petition, as always, must be approved by the Amyrlin, the Keeper, and the Director of Membership. Someone who demotes may not Aspire to a group for 3 months and may not be raised for at least 6 months. In addition, contributions will be thoroughly tracked so that this information can be brought to the Hall when a member is up for raising.
Raisings

Thirty nine people were raised Aes Sedai and nineteen people raised Gaidin.
Bondings

Fifteen couples were bonded and one bond was dissolved.
Demotions

Five people demoted this year.
Online Events

- Bel Tine: This event took place between April 3 - April 10.
- Shaoman: Specific dates are unknown, but this event was typically held around Halloween.
- Feast of Lights: Specific dates are unknown, but this event was typically held at the end of December.
Events
The Transportation Committee has been dissolved. There will be a $25 charge for payments made after deadline, with an automatic cancellation date. Registration will open first to necessary participants (Executives and other essential admins/facilitators), followed by all administrators, followed by the general public.

Staff

On November 29, Jaryd Kosari became the new Director of the Department of Communications. On April 13, Yelenia Hylraren became the new Director of Community Development. On November 28, Serenla Tamowith became the new Director of Membership. Zashara Sho'am became the new Mistress of Novices on September 9, and Darim Pelegro the new Captain of Recruits. Bao the Wyld took over as Captain of Soldiers on April 22.
